Buy now pays in full — choose ground shipping ($10) or USPS Priority air ($15) per order — and your order is built and shipped as soon as it is ready. Preorder reserves yours with a small deposit; when your unit is ready we email you and a balance button appears under the product in this shop. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax, if any, is confirmed by email.

Questions

How long does shipping take?

BeeLatch ships from October 18. Chargers are made to order and need a lead time of 1–2 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees.

What is a preorder?

A preorder reserves your unit with a small deposit ($5 for BeeLatch, $10 for a charger). When your unit is ready we email you and a balance button appears under the product in the shop — you pay the balance plus shipping then. You can cancel for a full deposit refund any time before it ships.

Which charger do I need?

Pick the variant for your bike: Ultra Bee or Light Bee 2 (LB2). The Light Bee 2 is a 22-series pack that charges to a higher voltage, so always order by bike. Bee Charger Lite is a 3 A charger; the adjustable Bee Charger runs from 0.2 A up to 17 A.

How much is shipping?

$10 for ground or $15 for USPS Priority (air), on any product. Local pickup in San Francisco is fine — we’ll refund the shipping charge.
