Twenty groups at 3.00 V produce roughly a 60 V pack with essentially no useful riding charge left. Below that region, weaker groups can fall much faster than the rest. A total-pack measurement alone cannot show which group crossed the line first.
The chart is educational, not a guarantee of recovery. The launch product retains a 2.00 V hard floor and does not present voltage alone as proof that a deeply discharged cell is internally safe.
Battery Reviver is not a blind charger and it is not a BMS-bypass tutorial. It records what the battery reported, preserves interrupting warnings and hard-blocks recovery when the measured state falls outside the product's limits.
