How it works
- Contact me. Tell me the phone model, what is wrong, and your phone’s serial number.
- Quote. I confirm whether I can repair it and what it costs.
- Appointment. We set a time in the Bay Area.
- Repair. Usually back to you within 24 hours, often the same day.

Turnaround
24 hours is the standard, unless a repair needs a special part. Many repairs are finished the same day. I will tell you up front if a part has to be ordered.
