A dimension-conscious digital reference for packaging the QS138 V3 70H geared mid-drive motor, checking frame clearance, and developing conversion mounts before metal fabrication.
The commonly published QS138 V3 70H specification describes a 72 V, 3 kW rated geared mid-drive with a 1:2.35 reduction. Published peak figures vary by source and controller setup, so EMR will separate dimensional fitment from power claims.
Exact external dimensions and mounting-hole positions must be checked against the motor version in hand.
Use a motor model to evaluate packaging, chain line, frame interference, mount-plate geometry and prototype clearances. A printed model or printed bracket is not automatically a structural motor mount. Final metal thickness, alloy, fasteners, welds and load paths require engineering appropriate to the motorcycle and intended riding.
Tell EMR which format, motor label and donor bike you are working with.
